Truth And Love

14 02 2011

Truth And Love…

Truth and love will always be the way,
To place a new start,
Things will be a new hue…
And you too will do your best to stay,
Erase your heart of a deep blue.

Truth and love will be whatever may.
A place, a new world, prominent to live.
A new feeling arises on this day,
You now know what love is…

One heart that’s fine…
One soul that’s fine…
One rose that’s fine…
Love is set on stone.

One song that’s fine…
One day that’s fine…
One star that’s fine…
Love you write above…

Truth and love may one day want to fly,
Their wings will spread wide,
Far and far away…
Four seasons will carry you to the sky,
The red silk will keep you tight…

One heart that’s fine…
One soul that’s fine…
One rose that’s fine…
Love is set on stone.

One song that’s fine…
One day that’s fine…
One star that’s fine…
Love you write above…

Time will go by… time will go by…
One night that’s fine…
Love you wrote above…

Truth and love will shine in the skies,
Invent a new life,
It’ll come from your heart.
And colours will become amaranth,
For truth and love connects you to all…

A poem based on two main elements of life… truth and love. Happy Valentine’s Day.

Busy Times & Travel

2 06 2010

Hello everyone,

I realize that it has been quite a while since I’ve posted anything here for you.  As summer is almost upon us, this is the time of year, when I get a bit busy.  I have been in the process of writing two new stories which I plan to post here later this year… stay tune for more details… :-)

Also, in about two weeks, I’ll be traveling back to my home state, Connecticut.  I have not been there for almost two years, so it will be nice to go back and get together with friends and family.  I would like to take a small moment to thank my mom, whom has played a big part in the planning of this trip.  GRACIAS!

So, while I travel and work on my stories, I ofter you a map.  In this great widget, you can see all the different places in which I have been to and the ones in which I plan to travel to at some point in my life.  Hope you enjoy it.

And one last note, soon… I’ll be posting a new poem on June 14th.  Hope you like it.

Writer’s Block… Damn!

26 04 2010

I find myself at a lost for words.  Even writing this is hard, because I don’t know how to state it.  I need to write an essay, so that I can get a scholarship.  I’ve picked three topics already in which I feel very strongly about, but I can’t seem to get my thoughts together.  It’s hard to write, when you are surrounded by people who demand your attention constantly and/or don’t give a damn about you getting this paper done.

Lately, even writing my regular poetry is hard.  It’s like I have writer’s block, and it’s not fun at all.  I so want to be able to finish this paper, because I like this competition and I know that if I were able to get it my thoughts organized and my inspiration flowing, I’d be able to write a great paper… Ah, damn…. I hate this! It’s making me go bunkers.

I sure wish that there were some essay way to sod this feeling off.  What will really get my blood boiling is that after the deadline for the essay passes, I’ll be able to write just fine.  Ideas and inspiration will come.

Anyways… that’s just my ranting for today.

Gone From You

24 04 2010

Once,
When your heart remembers,
The night skies have no angels.
Once,
When it seems forever,
He’s gone from you.

Once,
When the day is longing,
And the end is not coming.
Once,
When the night was stalling,
He was gone from you.

How was your love forming?
How was it?
And there you stand,
Waiting for your arms to be,
Holding him again…

Once,
When the night was dreaming,
It gave you what you were wishing.
Once,
When your heart was grieving,
He was not with you.

Once,
When you were kneeling,
He was gone from you…

I lack words when it comes to describing this poem… since its message is so broad yet understandable.

A Special Message for 9/11

11 09 2009

I would like to take an opportunity right now, to talk a little about what September 11 means to me.  I remember the day very vividly and the numerous emotions that I was going through.  My take is that, this day is now seen as a day remembrance, a day when we commemorate the lives of the many people who died, at the hands of a heinous crime, caused by terrorist.

It is amazing that such hatred can not only be born in a human’s heart, but live in it as well.  A heart that is so blinded by rigid and misguided believes, is one that at times, is not taken seriously.

I do hope that this day will help us remember the ones we loved, the ones we lost, and the ones that stayed behind with their broken lives.  I have written a special poem to conmemorate this day and I will be posting it tomorrow.

I leave you with my thoughts, my prayers, and my love.

Sincerely,

Séoj

IT’S HERE! 25… – The Collection

17 06 2009

Dear friends,

No, this is not a poem. It’s actually a great collection that I wrote for all of my friends, where I celebrate my 25th birthday! So, please stop by and read the collection, which has it’s own blog OR you can download it, which has pictures and in a much better format, than when it’s a web page.

Hope that you enjoy it!

Beyond Words

7 06 2009

Dreams… that are here…
Dreams… that are in the soft wind.
Dreams that I see…
Oh, I do…
In the those winds…

Dreams that are beyond words,
Dreams that I know,
For so many years now,
I heard those sounds,
And they sing…

I hear… My dreams…
I feel… My dreams…
I give you… My dreams…
I share them with you…

Dreams that have come,
Dreams that come and stayed.
Dreams that I once knew,
So long ago,
And in my sleep…

What is to be now?… How should I see…
Those long days….With dreams,
And The ones… That give you,
And if these are the ones…That go beyond words…

—–
NOTES

This is based on the idea that we all have something within us,
And that allows us to share it. The only problem is, what happens when those dreams are beyond words? How do we explain them?
